The best drive for the PS4 seems to be the Seagate SSHD. It has a few gigs of cache that works wonders during load times of saves, but only marginally increases load speeds otherwise. The SSHD is basically on par with a real SSD perfomance in PS4 (a few percent slower).
A 7200RPM drive is a waste of money I think. Go for SSHD if you want to see some improvement.
