im still a bit confused with these two voltage modes which are adaptive and override . because when i set 4.5ghz with 1.240 by using override mode, in AIDA64 stressing test for an hour i got vcore around 1.256 to 1.264 and maximum temps was 73c however after i switched to adaptive mode, the vcore went up to ~1.280 to ~1.290. i heard that adaptive mode is used after youre done stress testing. what do you guys think? (sorry for my horrible english)

my system:
i5 4670k
mobo: msi z87 gd65
cooler : noctua u14s dual fans
sli gtx 760
8gbs corsair vegan
corsair hx 750

You had it right, do your stress testing in manual (or override) mode. When you have it dialed in, switch to adaptive mode for everyday use. Don't stress test under adaptive mode as some tests add additional voltage and could cause problems.

which tests beside aida64 would you recommend on my system except prime? ( just add few more fans for my case now temps at full load test is at 63c)
