Hello
Currently my laptop monitor having a slight problem which is its always flicker. Then, I buy an external monitor to escape the problem but it seems the problem also occur on the external monitor. I use VGA cable to connect between the laptop and the monitor. My external monitor just have VGA and DVI interface. Is the problem still occur because i use VGA instead of another interface?

If you installed the drivers for your graphics card a long time ago i would suggest doing it again , because drivers are constantly updated to new versions to iron out bugs just like the one you are experiencing , what can it hurt ?
I dont know what card you have Nvidia or amd but in either case go to either website depending on your card and download the latest drivers for your card and install them, if it does not work at least you know you have the latest drivers for your card and then we can look elsewhere to determine your problem
