Hey guys I need help building a PC that I can use for 3D modeling and gaming purposes. I just want to work on a system that can handle high poly scenes or models and have decent render times.

Work related

- Maya 2014 for 3D modeling and rendering
- Use Xnormal for hi to low poly bakes
- Photoshop
- 3D sculpting programs like Zbrush
- Maybe using dual monitors in the future

Game Stuff

- be able to run most recent games on around medium to high
- ultra would be nice but not necessary
- 60+ fps

My budget is around 825 dollars I might be able to raise it to 900

**update** I am Keeping my current case which is a cm Storm Scout made by coolermaster and also would using an amd cpu help lower the cost but still maintain the performance?

Hi edaruuu,
I think you will need to save a bit more to run these programs and game aswell
Trying to buy enough ram and a motherboard and cpu alone for Maya to run will be over your budget and also a card on top of that
will handle the 3d rendering will blow you way over budget
