My config is as follows. Kindly suggest me some good options instead of i have written.

Processor : Intel i5 3450 3.1 Ghz LGA 1155
Or
Intel i5 3550 3.3 GHz LGA 1155

Motherboard : Intel DZ75ML - 45K

Hard Disk : WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB

Ram : Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)

Graphics Card : Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2 GB GDDR5

Or

Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5

Or

Sapphire AMD/ATI R9 270X 2GB DDR5

SMPS : Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU

Cabinet : Cooler Master
Circle

UPS : APC

Solution
1. CPU = i5 3570K

2. MB = Asrock Z77 Extreme 4

3. HDD - you can go with your chosen one or you can have Seagate 1 TB model (ST1000DM003), good in performance and reliable too.

4. RAM = Always go with 2 x 4 = 8GB RAM, not just a single 8GB stick.

5. GPU = 650Ti will do, 660 is a better card than 650ti, I would prefer a 760, of course if you have the budget.

6. Corsair's VS and CX are the worst, do not go with them. TX and HX series are better one's. And don't go with Cooler Masters PSU, mostly are craps, but few are good and hopefully over your budget. I would prefer XFX 550W Pro Series PSU, solid as a rock.

7. Yes APC UPS is a decent choice. Good luck.

I would personally pick the Intel/Nvidia system. It's my understanding that many AMD CPUs have excessive power draw (they need more electricity from the power supply) compared to Intel CPUs, and their individual cores aren't nearly as powerful as the cores of an Intel CPU. In terms of graphics cards, the R9 270X is technically more powerful than the GTX 650 Ti, but if you can afford it, I would seriously take Lonewolf's advice and get a GTX 760.

As I said earlier I would prefer Intel. If there is not much of a price difference between i5-3570K and your mentioned CPU's, then go for 3570 or 3570K.

"K" are for overclocking purpose, so if you want to OC than go with "K" version, else go with normal 3570.

For MB I always prefer Intel, but now as they are closing the wing of MB, you would not be able to get support, so go with ASUS, Asrock, or Gigabyte.

For GPU I would pick the 650ti, you can go with 1GB version or 2GB, doesn't really matter if you use a single monitor (1920 x 1080) resolution.
