New gaming PC in India [Help needed]

Hello people!
I live in India and am planning to build a gaming PC under a tight budget of 35,000 INR (app. USD 550).

Components I have : Screen.
Plans to upgrade : No
OC? : Hell no!
Screen size : 19" 1360x768

I am mostly going to play Dota 2 on the machine and will hardly play high-end games like Crisis/BF.

I hope you are aware of the ridiculous over-pricing in India.
If you want cheap Indian prices, look for components on www.Flipkart.com
Flipkart is (used to be) the Indian Amazon.

If u are OK with med-high setting on new games
an i5 4440 currently 11800 at snapdeal
Corsair xms 4gb ram 2500 at snapdeal
A cheap case
A cheap mouse and keyboard
Corsair vs450 rs 2100 at snapdeal Gigabyte H81m hd3 rs 4600 at lamingtion or any MSI h81 with VGA port
HDD 1TB rs 3600 at snapdeal
Get a sapphire HD 7770 rs 8200 at snapdeal or zotac GTX 750 9200 at flipkart if budget allows
