i am currently having gtx 650 so i am thinking of buying another gtx 650 and attaching them .does this improve performance

does 2 gtx 650 improve gaming performance and the fps . Or should i sell current gtx 650 and save some money and buy a better card ?

No. You cannot SLI the gtx 650.

What PSU do you have? As something like the gtx 660 or 760 will need a half decent PSU, alternatively you could get the 750 Ti which doesnt need a very powerful PSU.
