does a motherboard with internal graphics card provide a better performance with an installed gpu ?or it does nto affect ?

no effects . . both are totally isolated . . doesn't support each other

no effect on one another...still need a graphic card for better gaming performance....you can not simply rely on internal graphics

you cannot play latest games using internal graphics .! and when using external GPU-> internal graphics ll not work.
