hi guys, i'm building a PC with these components(i intend to use it 80% for gaming):

AMD 4.1 GHz FM2 A10-Series A10-6800K Four Core Processor
Zotac GTX 770
corsair CMPSU 600W
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R)
seagate 1TB HDD
Antec X1 cabinet

now i'm not sure which MOBO to buy which supports FM2+, the only ones available in my country are

1. ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+ Motherboard
2. MSI A88XM-E35 Motherboard

and if you guys have a different processor altogether, please suggest!i'm just going for this because its cheap and highly effecient, same as i5 4670k whichi intended to buy

Well, it depends whether you want an ATX, or MicroATX motherboard. In my opinion the AsRock motherboard would be the better choice, simply because it has more features. They both have the same chipset, which I know for a fact works very well with FM2/FM2+ CPU from personal experience. The MSI board is not bad though, and would work well if you decide to go with a microATX case.

I believe FM2 and FM2+ use the same chipset (a88x). They are also backwards compatible (Fm2 and FM2+ CPU will work in the same socket unless the motherboard only supports FM2). If you are asking whether or not the CPU you mentioned will work with either motherboard, then yes it definitely will without a hitch. There are no real differences except that FM2+ supports the new Kaveri APU's, and will allow for the use of PCIe 3.0 on supportive motherboards.
