Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to put this thread, but its quite urgent, so please do help me!

I have a gtx 560 asus DCU2, and in games, it will hit 75 degrees, in the past, its alright, but recently, everytime it hits 75 degrees, the fan will ramp up to its max 4000 rpm speed, until the temp hits 70.

In afterburner, the fan speed percentage doesnt report this change, but rpm is stated correctly. I did custom fan curves, but it didnt work.
It is very frustrating as every 5 minutes into the game, the fan just goes crazy. Is there anyone else with the same problem? for example afterburner not being able to change nvidia's fan curve? And any kind of help is appreciated!

It could be your delay. I have mine set to wait five seconds before changing the speed after it passes a certain mark. Check your delay settings. Another options is to just use the manual slider and set it where you're comfortable noise wise and leave it.
