Hey guys,

I am building a new HTPC and wanted your advice on the components I intend to use.

Tasks:
1. Connect to my TV and output 1080p video through HDMI.
2. Connect to my network and share/stream files to laptops / android mini pcs.
3. Run 24/7 and stay energy efficient, cool and silent.

Budget (excluding hard drives):
USD 300

Components:
CPU: Intel Pentium 2.9Ghz G2020 (http://ark.intel.com/products/71070/)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H67N-USB3-B3 (http://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3783&dl=1#ov)
Case: Coolermaster Elite 120 Advanced (http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx/elite-120-advanced/)
HDD: 4 x 2TB WD Green (Using a 3.5" rack in the 5.25" bay)

Undecided (need suggestions):
PSU: How much wattage do I require? I want it to run silent and consume as little energy as possible, since it will be on 24/7.
Fans: Need a couple of additional 120mm fans for the HDD Cage and the front (these will draw power directly from the PSU).
RAM: Kingston / Corsair 4GB 1600 Mhz

I would love to hear your comments on the components I have chosen and your suggestions for the balance components. Also, your views on any heat / component compatibility issues you perceive.

Will run very quiet, went with Haswell for the low-power state it has:
