Hey Guys! I have a dual Intel Xeon 5400 at 3.0 ghza Asus 660 and 10 gb of ram. I was wondering how well this will support some of the newer games like Bf4, Arma 3 and some other games.

Well, it's essentially a 3.0Ghz quad-core processor so it should do just fine, but I doubt that those games (or any for that matter) will utilise both of them.

The RAM and GPU are more than sufficient and most likely will be for some time.

there getting on a bit now(late 2007 i believe). OC'ed you will notice a difference.
I doubt any of the games you would use would ever be able to properly, if at all, utilize the dual xeon cpus. There are not many pieces of software that can and the one that do use them properly are generally advanced 3D modeling programs.

Will play BF4 or Arma 3 most likely, however you would be much better off if you could go i5 and 760.

yes and no.
Potentially they will bottle-neck even a 760 today. Very much dependent on whether the game is gpu driven or a heavy mix of both. Most recent games fall into the latter category.
