You can't use an intel Z87 board with an AMD processor. Also I would suggest picking up an i5 series chip (4670K or 3570K (with a Z77 chipset board)), and scratching the APU all together. A good K series i5 will work very nicely and would be compatible with the board you picked out.

If money's an issue I would scratch the mobo and APU and pick up a good and am3+ board and an fx-8xxx CPU. You won't need the APU since you've got a discrete card, and the 650ti will give more performance.

If you are going for gaming, I would suggest you to go with FX series on AMD CPU, you can choose FX-6300 or FX-8350. Also the GTX 650 Ti Boost is kinda old card. If you have more budget go with GTX700 series or you can probably get R9 270 or R7 260 cards.
