hi , hoping to get help in deciding a psu

Setup as following ~

i5 4670k
gtx770 4gb ~ might SLi in a year time
Motherboard - Z87 Sniper by Gigabyte
Ram : corsair 8gb
Hdd : 1tb
Cooler : not yet decide

i have several choices, but i have not been updated with latest pc system stuff so kinda clueless here, feedbacks are greatly appreciated.

These are the choices:

# ENERMAX NAXN82+ 850W 80Plus Bronze (Modular)

RM Series™ RM850 — 850 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU

Seasonic 860Watt platinum PSU

Silverstone Strider Gold series , 850watt

what are your opinions on them and which is the most IDEAL choice? (their prices vary alot for me, living in 3rd world country)

probably in terms of built of the psu, compatibility to the system i am building, and other factors that you might know of, (experience wise or hear-say)

Thank you very much

Best to worst~ Seasonic (best), Silverstone (very good), Enermax (not super familiar with this one, may have to do some research), Corsair RM (Cheap capacitors, not for heavy loads like gaming or sli)

Seasonic is the brand I trust the most but it is likely the most expensive.

Honestly, I am not sure what your currency is so can't say for sure. But I would not put together a gaming system with a 770 with anything less than the silverstone out of those 4 PSUs. So yes I would save up for it personally.

Also are those 4 the only options? if you found a seasonic, xfx, or silverstone that is bronze rated rather than gold it would be much cheaper. The ratings are only about efficiency so they will save you a few $$ on your electric bill and thats it. What country are you in?

i only put that 4 option as my seller only has them at the moment, since i am buying other things as well from him , i do get a little bundle discount, so i rather just get from him.

just forget about enermax and corsair

he did said i should get seasonic , i thought it was just a marketing thing to get me to buy expensive stuff

so numanator , does this means you justified that the silverstone is on par with seasonic in every way ?

So the Silverstone Gold series is made using Enhance brand PSU, which has a good reputation as one of the top brands. (Seasonic is made by Seasonic and is considered one of the best)

Personally I have not owned a silverstone but it should work just as well as the seasonic based on its reputation/reviews.
