The new install of 8.1 boots and runs fine however Vista now won't boot, not even in safe mode. All boot attempts result in the blue screen error message stop: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80008c513a7, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfftffffffffftttr).

The Windows 8.1 software is now governing the dual boot options. Also booting from Vista installation cd to carry out auto repair isn't detecting Vista.

I would appreciate some suggestions to correct without have to reinstall everything.

Thanks
