Hello. I recently bought a Sapphire Radeon R7 250 128-bit 1GB GDDR5 11215-00-20G ( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8573342 ) for my Dell Inspiron 545 MT that has following: DG33M06 motherboard, and Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz, Media card reader (SD etc.), two factory fans (processor and case), CD/DVD drive, Hard Drive (factory one that has about 1 TB) and about 6 USB ports and I would like to know if this http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Builder-Series-Watt-CX600/dp/B0092ML0OC/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1395700719&sr=8-6&keywords=750+watt+power+supply CX600 power supply will be enough for my computer? And also is it compatible with my motherboard(DG33M06), processor, and graphics card? My another question is can I replace a 64bit graphics card (Radeon 3450) with the 128 graphics card I described above?Thank you in advance.

P.S. I am aking because it is my first time upgrading a computer, and when I chat with people form tigerdiect, each agent answers me dfferent Wattage(form 550W to 800W), and I am confused now, and also I did not have any luck using one of those online calculators.

Solution
I would suggest you not to get Corsair CX 600. Its a very cheap quality PSU with squishy capacitors. Instead get Seasonic 620W, for the parts you have mentioned 600W range is more than enough. You need above 750W only if you have going for a multi GPU build
