Kingston HyperX 3K 240GB SSD getting slower?

My Kingston SSD is getting slower, not by a lot, but still bother me, I defrag SSD often,and Disk Clean it often as well, any suggestions?

Unknown. It shouldn't make the boot process any slower, but it may well affect the life of the drive.
But adding the wireless card may have something to do with it.
