would Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 support my new Gainward NVIDIA 2GB DDR3 GT610 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card please help its urgent thanks

your motherboard does have PCIe x16 slot to connect your gpu into it. All versions of PCI-E x16 are backwards compatible. You won't have any problem running that card on your motherboard for sure. Good luck :)
