I've build this gaming PC for a friend, he has a 1000$ budget. (excluding os)

Any suggestions? or change?

PS: He wants to run all Blizzard games at Max setting and Elder scroll online (probably on high the build should do just fine)

Thank you!

With his budget, the 760 would be perfect =). A gigabyte windforce x3 760 has excellent cooling (won't run hot + is excellent for OCing in general even though he isn't planning on doing so). Also, it is one of the cheaper 760's =).

500w is the minimum recommended PSU for the gtx 760. Upgrading it would be nice =)
Also, are you going to OC? If you aren't you don't need all the fancy OC stuff !

The rest of the build looks very nice, maybe a 120GB /250 GB SSD later on? The samsung 840 evo SSD's aren't very expensive and top of the line when it comes to performance.

That looks good to me except for the power supply. Those low end EVGA units are made by HEC - an OEM that's not exactly known for quality supplies. You can definitely get a much better unit for not much more money. I'd suggest looking at the Seasonic G series for Haswell.

500 watt is the minimum recommended PSU for the 760, yes. However, the extra cash spent would be wise. You get a higher quality PSU, that's semi modular (only plug in what you need) and has the ability to support higher end cards. Like g-unit said, average is average. You get what you pay for.
