Brand new computer, crashing with and without BSOD

I just built a brand new computer and here's the parts list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3gcCD. I'm really frustrated and could use some help. The computer hasn't even been running for a couple hours and it's already crashing to the point where I have to do a hard reboot or the computer reboots by itself. If I'm just browsing the internet, it'll just completely lock up and I have to do a hard reset. If I try to play a computer game, I get a bsod after a couple minutes and the computer reboots itself. I would really appreciate any help

Solution
That could be an overheating problem. Check your temps. Is anything overclocked? If so, back it down to stock for testing.
Test your RAM using memtest86+.

I've never used memtest before but it was about halfway through test 8 and the computer rebooted. Is that normal? I'm not overclocking either. But the temps for the mobo I got: 26, 36, and 31 C. For the CPU I got 31.5 C, and for the GPU I got 32 C.

Sorry about the stupid question but I'm about to test the sticks, one stick at a time and I was wondering, if the computer reboots during the test, does that mean that particular stick is bad?

So I'm running memtest right now but I tested it with one stick and got a whole bunch of errors. I'm testing with the other stick now in the same slot and things seem to be fine. Does that mean that one stick is bad and I should just exchange both of them? I really appreciate your help by the way.
