Not gaming, rendering and heavy duty. It's for my grandmother.
The cheaper the better, but I want it to be decent, at lest.

Here are the parts I came up with: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3gcIT

I also though of getting a an intel, but I think it get's too expensive for too little. No gpu needed, nor OS, or peripherals. I'll get those in any shop around me. Thanks!

Solution
Much cheaper, and the single-thread performance of Intel will actually be better general performance:

But the apu will perform better. Better graphic performance and two extra cores. Big difference in gaming.

Even so, do you think that the intel one will perform better for more time than the other one? And how about future upgrades for the cpu?

Yeah, the AMD APU will definitely do better in gaming, but if it's majorly for very basic computing, the quieter, cooler, less power-hungry, higher single-thread performing Intel CPU will be superior. The 2 extra cores doesn't really mean much when doing minimally stressful tasks.

The Haswell platform also allows for an upgrade to as high as the i7-4770k, whereas the highest you can go with the APU platform is an A10 APU (not much of an upgrade overall).
