Dell STUDIO XPS 435T 9000 or Dell T3600 for graphic designer

Help, I'm able to decide between these two PC's for Graphic design, i.e. Photoshop large files (advert) creation. I'm looking at used pc's on ebay. Not a pc builder so need something that will plug in and perform. If I went for the T3600 is it easy to get someone to fit a SSD as a startup drive?

I have a T3600 and I am happy. I mainly do video with it but the specs for the price where great in MHO. They no longer sell this machine though. It is now the T3610 which is no longer fully customizable on line. (you may be able to customize by calling Dell) I hear that they have more options and better prices when called. Putting in an SSD can be done factory or yourself. You will need the 2.5" bracket. I am currently in a discussion with Dell over which SSD can be placed i.e. GB size. Overall I think this was a great build.
