Changed PSU to 550w XFX, better build quality than the CX series (which has cheap chinese capacitors that are not good under high loads) and extra wattage for future upgrades. This puts it over by $35.

Also if you plan to OC the CPU then you should get an aftermarket cooler, the Cooler Master 212 Evo is pretty good for $30
