Is my system compatible with asrock fast/ultra fast boot?

My configuration->
Core I7 3770K
Asrock Extreme 4
Corsair Vangeance 4GB x2 RAM
Seagate barracuda 1TB HDD
Samsung 840 SSD 120GB
Corsair Tx850M Power Supply
Cooler Master 690 2 Plus Cabinet
ATI sapphire 7950 vector-x boost edition 3gb graphics card

I am using Windows 8.1 pro x64 installed on my ssd.
Can i safely use asrock fast/ultra fast boot features?
I could give it a try myself.... But i still want to have some advice since i am afraid of some worse case scenarios......

Maybe it is.... but I dont think its enough, it still takes around 4-6 seconds at that windows logo loading, so just wondering if enabling fast/ultra fast boot will add more speed?
I dont have too many programs (no games, no photoshop, 3ds max or any such heavy thing, just some basic drivers and norton 360 along with windows updates) installed (infact just installed new win 8.1).
