The guy I sold it too can't get it to work now, but it was working when I sold it. I am willing to give him a refund, but I would rather help him get it working.

He gets bsod on startup and sent these stop codes.
STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x82E583DC, 0x80D86888, 0x80D86460)
And error code 0x490 on startup repair screen.

He claims he uninstalled the old drivers and installed the correct ones. I think it could be a registry conflict, but its hard to say. I sent him a similar post from microsoft. I am trying to communicate with him through ebay, so the communications are slow.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I think I will probably end up giving this guy a refund. I'm 99% sure its a problem with his configuration, but its too difficult to try to get someone to fix an error if they won't let you help.

When I get the card back I will test it. It could have been damaged in shipping or something I suppose.

I will post here If it still works fine of if it does have an issue.
