Solution

if you can get a good 400w PSU and can also get 4gb of memory in your system then try to get your hands on a GTX750 or 750ti for a good price you will find these cards on the net for around 150$ to 175$ for a ti...these should be happy with your dual core CPU...just dont expect too much, you will not be able to run BF4 on high settings with such a setup your CPU is too weak but you should be looking at around 30-40 fps on medium settings at 1080p...still not bad, at least playable...good luck

Also if you've never done it, changing a powersupply is quite...

you would have to open the side of the computer case and look in side, also get the 12v rail information it will look like one of these 2 most likely
12v rail~ 14a
12va rail~ 12a 12vb rail~12a

and why do you want to get a 5000 series card

what currency are we talking about here? 6000$ us ?! i hope not...lol
your CPU is pretty weak i would assume your powersupply is not up to the task either
and 2gb of ram is really not enough for battlefield and most other games...looks like you need
a new PC alltogheter, but if you can boost the ram to 4gb or so i would suggest a 750ti it's an
entry level card that consumes really low power and cost around 150$ us...this card can run bf3
on high+ settings and bf4 on mostly high with mostly over 50 fps...but with your old dual core CPU
the card will be bottlenecked by your CPU specialy on multiplayers maps, all and all you'll be lucky to get
30fps on medium settings with that PC...i suggest you get an whole new system, really...

the 750 ti is a low power card but depending on his power supply it may not even handle that, some oem pc ship with 230-250w psu tht dont come with lowend gpu,s the ones that have these will have a 300-350w psu and even then it depends on the 12v rail because some oem 300w are only rated to handle 12a-14a and it is not enough for a 60w card

As i said, GTX 750ti, any brand...your PC is so weak that going any higher would be a waste of money, you be
CPU bottlenecked in any games, and you really dont have enough ram on your system for the new games, you can
play legacy games on oldies on that system thats about it.
Check your powersupply first and tell us what is written on it...then we will be able to judge

its not all about the graphics card mate,
you also you need more RAM cause 2gb is REALLY not enough, you can find some used 2gb stick
for pretty cheap and put 2 of them so you would get 4gb...but even then i'm sure you need a new powersupply
and your CPU is not up to the task for the new games (bf3 included) so all and all i'm sure you should
look for an entirely new rig...something on the cheap side could cost you about 500$ with a low level core i5
and 8gb of ram with a GTX 750ti if you shop online a bit you can find some good deals...good luck
