with your setup it is almost to the limit i would recommend upgrading. the APU's dont do well with gpu's above a 750 ti/260x. most likely you are already bottlenecking. i would save up money and sell your current setup and go for a new build with a real cpu that can handle dedicated cards

New cpu and motherboard. There really isn't a better CPU for you, and you cannot really go much higher on GPU without bottlenecking. If gaming is your concern, that would be where you should start. If you are fairly happy with gaming performance, a Crucial M500 SSD would be nice.

Do you do anything besides game with the computer?

Is there a specific reason/shortfall for why you want ot ugrade?

An SSD drive would help system speed greatly, but do almost nothing for gaming.

A better graphics card would help for gaming.

Other upgrade would be to ditch the APU and switch to a better fx serires CPU/Mothboard

i dont know if someone would offer me a good price for my spec... i want to ask you, if i upgrade my apu frm a8 5600k to a10 7850k its is good move? i like to do overclocking, but to get a new spec it will kill my pocket.... help me please :??:

The only upgrade id personally make is the processor because for next gen gaming im not a fan of the A8s but with Mantel coming out soon, it might no be a problem in the future. The rest is pretty up to date, when i bought my i5 3570k and GTX 760, i started putting my money into the look.

Went and bought an NZXT phantom cooling case with 8 Blue LED fans, Blue diodes, Water Cooling kit, fan controllers, there's so much to customize.

Getting the 7850k is not going to give you enough improvement to even remotely justify the cost. You are pretty much at a dead end with your current platform. For a similar price of a 7850k you could get a superior haswell i3 4130 and an H81 board, maybe even a B85 pro4. Your current chip is slower, clock for clock, than an old Phenom II and the 7850k matches it at best. Not worth the cost.

H81 would be cheaper.

yeah true, but my mobo support 3 way crossfire, i think maybe the ssd is a good upgrade for me, because my windows system rating rate my pc almost all 7.7 and up but disk data transfer only quite low 6.2

do you think so? now i feel regret with my decision making this rig, but amd would like to introduce the mantle, and think amd processor much more easier to overclock...

Mantle isn't widely available yet. You cannot overclock an i3. Even with overclocking, your chip is not going to overtake an i3 4130. Your APU, clock for clock, is the same as a 750k for CPU performance. As you can see here, it cannot even beat an older ivy i3.

maybe im quite typical amd fanboy, but lots of my friends says that amd would do great on gaming and intel for home use work, and graphic design. can you make a new rig for me by using intel processor? my budget is $600 dollar for my third rig.
