Hello.
I just recently bought the CM Storm Recon gaming mouse, and it was running well, doing what it was supposed to, and everything was fine. Then, I got the software for it. It asked me if I wanted to update the software so I was like "Sure, why not?"
Well, it said update failed and the mouse stopped working and lighting up and everything. It told me to reconnect the mouse so I did so and nothing happened, it still didn't work. I also tried restarting my computer. Nothing. I'm clueless as to what I should be doing right now to solve this. I've looked it up and haven't found anyone with the same problem besides a YouTube comment from four months ago with no one replying with a solution.
