Opinions about gaming build

Hello,

I'm trying to build a new pc, mostly for gaming. Since I'm not that rich, I'm not going to pay a lot for it. I just need it to run games like Smite, War Thunder, Bf3, WoW etc. With at least 30-40 fps (Low or high, doesn't matter). So the configuration is as follows:

Motherboard:ASRock 960GC-GS FX
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: radeon r7 260x 2 gb
8 gb of ram
Power supply: Super Flower Atlas AT-530P12HE

And that's pretty much it. So what do you think about it?

That's a great setup for medium to high settings, sometimes very high, at 30+fps in all those games :)

like to see a better PSU, otherwise it will do what you're asking.

The mobo will not allow you to overclock very well, and you need a better quality psu as well.

Thanks for the fast answers! I will probably get another psu, but I'm not that interested in overclocking anyway.

Super Flower is a power supply manufacturer and designer who makes PSUs for some other brands and also sells them under their own brand. They are pretty decent, I wouldn't throw any more money at a PSU.

So should I just stick with that psu then?

I would, it's solid enough for what you need. Money is better spent elsewhere in your case :)

Also if your not going to overclock i would reccomend the fx 6350 its only like 20 bucks more it has a higher clock which may get you a few more fps in demanding games.

All the answers are appreciated. I'm not sure if I should change the cpu, tough. I think they aren't that different, the 6350 being only slightly better.

It is only slightly better the 6300 is fine but if i had the extra cash and i dident plan to overclock i would get the 6350 maybe in a few years that little bit of extra performance might matter. But either are great.
