The extended worked fine yesterday, all four lights were on, until I moved it to a new outlet. Then it did not come on and I have tried everything, from different outlets to soft reset, to a hard factory reset (30 seconds with a paperclip). No lights at all. The outlet I moved it to had a TV plugged into the other socket and I plugged the Extender into a power strip, so it is hard to see how I could have damaged it. I cannot find a way to report this to Net Gear. Device is 8 month sold.
