Which heat-sink/fan should I buy?

Hi, I brought the AMD 8320 CPU earlier this year, the CPU works perfectly fine its fast and it runs all my games well, but the problem is the stock fan that came with the CPU makes a hell of a lot of noise, every time I play a game I have to wear headphone to hear the audio coming from the game properly.
What would be the cheapest best CPU fan to buy?

What about the Arctic Cooling Alpine 64

That'll do the job, but there's a lot less overclocking headroom with that cooler than something like the Hyper 212 Evo

Hyper 212 Evo, best bang for the buck you are going to find.

That arctic alpine cooler does not even look to be as good as your stock cooler.
