evga 780 classified oced to 780 ti level?

Is it possible to overclock an evga 780 classified up to the 780 ti level safely? If not what are realistic targets, in a case with good air cooling.

3570k @ 4.5 ghz
evga 780 classified
corsair vengance lp ram 8gb ram
750 watt power supply
corsair graphite 600t

Should be more than capable as a 780 is able to clock well past the speeds of a Titan.

Whether or not your card can do it, is well, up to you and the card. You have to try to find the highest safest overclock, as someone giving you random specs will likely not apply to your individual card.
