No video output new rebuild.

Hello everyone, and thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to help me.

I had a prebuilt PC that I wanted to upgrade. After upgrading my RAM and installing a new video card, nVidia GTX 560ti, I used it for about a year, until I recently decided to get a new case, a better power supply, and add a SSD. After removing everything from the old case and installing in the new case and powering on, the case fans and video card fans spin up and all case lights come on, but there is no video output. The case has no speaker so I can't hear beeps from booting with no RAM, etc. I have tried booting with only the video card, HDD and one stick of RAM installed, and nearly everything on this list: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
but nothing is working.

I've been reading and researching for solutions for over a week to no avail. please let me know if there's anything that may help. Links to all components are listed below. Thanks again!

Does your PC have a UEFI bios?

Legacy

Most modern GPUs don't play nice with non-UEFI bios motherboards.

Edit: Most, not all. Mine works with my legacy Mobo via a switch on the card. I suggest you return the card and get a legacy bios capable one if that is the issue.

I can't get into the BIOS menu, I've got zero output. But in the old case I had no issues with the new card.

You likely plugged something in wrong, check and recheck your front panel connectors. as well as everything else.

I've gone over it multiple times, unplugged and replugged every single connection

Could be a bad card, maybe RMA?

I doubt its the card, it was working with no issues in the old case. All I did was reinstall it in the new case, the only change is the power supply

check to make sure the motherboard isnt touching the new case and causing a short somewhere

id say the psu is the problem, even if it isnt it needs to be replaced. it's tier 5 on this list, which is very bad quality. it probably isnt able to supply enough power to the gpu, or in total its just not performing enough or failed already

While it's not the problem, here's a tip. Don't buy off brand or budget PSUs, they can quite literally fry every component in your case. As for the issue, I have no idea.

I checked and rechecked, the motherboard is seated properly, no short that I can find

try booting to integrated graphics. remove your gpu and plug your monitor into the motherboard

maybe try reseating ram and your cpu. when you moved cases something might have come loose or something. are you getting any beeps when you turn your computer on?

i unseated, cleaned and reinstalled the cpu already, and same with the RAM. the case doesn't have a speaker so no beeps at all.

i think i may have a problem for why nothings happening. i dont think your power supply is giving enough power to the gpu. although the power requirements said 500W for the card, there has to be enough power supplied to the pci-e cables to get to the card. for example, you cant run a card that requires 40 amps on the 12v rail with a psu that can only supply 32. because your psu isn't as high quality, i dont think it supplies very much power to the card that way. i'll look and see how much the card needs and your psu supplies
