Hi there!

I'm not an 'overclocker user'.. i need to buy a new motherboard..

I will leave all devices at stock, so, do I need to buy a high-end motherboard?

Worth to buy a mobo with 990x chipset instead 760G?

no, bare minimum branded mobo which your components will fit and connections required (USB3, SATA3 etc) is all that's required. I got the cheapest Asrock Z77 and run a mild o/c of 4.4GHz on an I5 24/7, fast 2400 memory, 2 SSDs, 2 HDDs and use to run 7950 crossfire. Solid as a rock.

When it comes to motherboards, there isn't any performance difference between lower end motherboards and higher end ones, however there are extra features like good onboard audio and overclocking utilities that only come with more expensive mobo's.
