How to create a bootable usb without installing software (windows 7)

I'm looking to create a bootable USB in Windows 7 from an ISO that i already have, however, the only computers i have access to cannot run installed software (at my school) so using pendrive easy usb etc is a no-go. I was seeing if i can run from the command line, but i do not have Admin privileges.

yeah i kinda figured, i was just hoping that there was something i didnt think of. I guess ill have to try to find someone who can let me borrow a computer/laptop for a while to create the Bootable usb
