Will this work together?

It is the first tme that I am upgrading my PC. I have a Dell 545 MT. All the components now which are Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz, ATI/AMD 3450 512 MB 64-bit, 8GB of RAM(unsure which DDR), DG33M06 motherboard and 300W power supply are factory (how I bought in store) and WIndows Vista 64-bit. I ordered a Sapphire Radeon R7 250 1GB GDDR5 128-bit ( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8573342 ) and I will be getting a Seasonic S12II 620W ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096 ) which will replace the 3450 and the factory power supply, and I want to make sure if all this will work together? Will the new graphics card (R7 250) be compatible with the motherboard and the processor? Will 620 W power supply be enough (will it also have enough on the 12V rail for the R7 250)? Can I replace a 64-bit graphics card with a 128-bit one? If I have a 2.0/2.1 PCIe port, can I put in a PCIe 3.0 graphics card in? Will the new power supply be compatible with the new graphics card, the motherboard, and the processor?

P.S. Sorry for so many (some lame) questions, but it is my first time upgrading a PC, so I rather make sure couple times, than make a bad move, and be sorry. If you need more info on the computer, just ask :).

All motherboards are compatible with all GPU.
CPU and GPU do not interfere with each other in terms of compatibility.
SeaSonic 620W will definitely do the job, but also an overkill.
PSU do not have compatibility issue with any combination of components, unless it's too little wattage.

It will work.

By an overkill you mean that it is more than enough? If I will buy it it will still work with the components I described above?

Ok, thanks for clearing that up, I will go with the SeaSonic as it is a reputable brand, and as SR-71 Blackbird wrote, "extra power doesn't hurt". So just to make sure, all parts are compatible and will work together without any problems?

Sorry for so many questions, but as wrote before it is my first time making an upgrade, and I want to be sure, before I do anything.

Yes, and I'm pretty sure it will since it's a very short card in a normal sized case, but the best way to make sure is to measure the case by ruler and look for specs online to match it.

Update: Actually I'm 98% sure that it will fit as the GPU has the same length as its PCI-E slot, therefore it won't even extend further than your motherboard.

I arleady ordered the R7 250, but thanks for the suggestion. Thank you guys so much for your help, if I could I would pick both of your answers as solutions. People like you should work in tigerdirect, because people that are there now, told me different answers for the power supply (from 550W to 800W), and one person even told me that the graphics card will not be compatible with the PCIe 2.0 because the card is PCIe3.0. Again, thank you so much.
SR-71 Blackbird, do you mean physical fitment (size of the card)?
