Up until today my laptop has had no problems. But when I tried signing in it will pull up the desktop, start to load the taskbar, then stops and restarts every 3 seconds. i can not pull anything up, because the pc will not load all the way. I can go to the start screen, but again it will restart every 3 seconds.
Desktop restarts every 3 seconds.
