Are these symptoms of a damaged graphics card?

1. When it reaches ~75°c my whole PC starts stuttering even out of game until the card cools down and I don't know if this is relevant but at the same time I loose connection to the internet but it still says I'm connected.

2. Motherboard splash screen shows up then it doesn't show the desktop but instead random coloured lines across the top

3. Random blue screens, I've only had 2 since I installed my i7 one was graphics related I'm not sure about the other

PC specs;
i7 4770k
Asus sabertooth z87
Corsair hx1050
Corsair 16gb vengeance blue 1600mhz
Samsung evo basic 120gb ssd
Evga gtx 770 2gb superclocked

Try removing the video card and running the game off of your integrated graphics. If no crash, then maybe it's a video card problem (maybe you got a bad one ... file an RMA if so).

If it still crashes, check the temperatures on the CPU as well.
Note: the internet issue sounds strange (and maybe hints that the problem might be something else, but I don't know).

I've had the card for nearly a year and its worked perfectly fine until now CPU temps ate normal ~40°c ingame
