The 750 ti will be a minor upgrade over the 7770, but I would recommend getting a new PSU because odds are the 750 ti will only be good enough for one more year. (Take into account it is Nvidia's lowest end card available in the current lineup) It is always best to get a good mid range GPU if you want good price

They are about equal in price and performance. You will save with the 750ti because it'll pretty much run on an psu.
