You definately CAN run that setup right now I have a similar setup but I have the six core FX so and the older 7xxx series card running on 400watts but I just upgraded my psu so I know you could most likely get away with it but thats really pushing it I would probably get a 500watt at least I know that power calculators might tell you its ok but keep in mind sometimes you will be running at load and a power supply going that close up to its limit will shorten its life I know from experience which is why I upgraded mine.
