Change Japannese language to English

My laptop is a Window 7 32bit Home Premium and bought from Japan, so everything displayed (directions , notes, etc)on its screen are all Japannese language, but I need to change its displayed Japannese language to English.
Its keyboard are marked/prescribed with English letters and numbers, and still can type in English, but all its taps, bars, start up box, and everything displayed for guidance for the user are all in Japannese.
Can I manually change the displayed to English??
PLEASE HELP.

You can't fully change the language of an installed Windows, you need to re-install it using the correct localized version. You can change some things in the Language settings but not everything.

The video above is only for a few Windows versions (Ultimate or Enterprise).
