Windows 7 not allow copy paste in c:\

Hi,

i am using win 7, currently i am not able to copy paste in c:\, if i am logged in as a administrator at that time its allow me. so i want to allow it in normal user profile. so what to do for that.

This feature of windows (Vista to 8.1) is to keep users and applications from writing data to areas of the computer that could do harm to the OS. This is due to the way permissions are setup. There might be a way to do what you ask but I wouldn't recommend it from a security standpoint if there was.
