Can you crossfire these two cards?

I am a noob to computers and was wondering if it's possible to crossfire these two R9 270X cards?

I have this card:

I just bought this card:

You CAN, but its not a good idea. The 4GB card will be limited to the 2GB of the Toxic, and the Toxics speeds, which is what makes it a toxic will be slowed to match the other card.
