has anyone got a dvd/cd burning product that works better than nero2014? i bought 2 copies of the nero disc, neither of which will load with the serial number on the disc. the fellow at the store said he had to call nero to get his validated, using a new serial number. it seems to me that leaves them in charge of when they might require you to update nero. also, it's inconvenient because they now charge $1.25 / min. for tech support.

There are few burning softwares that work better than Nero Burning ROM, notwithstanding the installation problems you've had which I did not experience at all, but I paid for and downloaded mine direct from the Nero website. Very rarely, if ever, do I buy off-the-shelf software on disc anymore since decent download speeds arrived.

i'm still new on this site - i selected the solution as imageburn but would try cdburnerxp.se, burnaware and burn4free too, if i don't go with nero burning, which i may as the program i want it to work with worked with it before (dvd shrink).
