Hello. Lately I've been having a very annoying issue with my computer. When my machine is under stress, she gives up and just shuts off. Black screen, powers down immediately. No warning, nothing. Because I am left with no warning, I am under the assumption that this is hardware based. A few months ago, I was having this same issue. I had a Western Digital Caviar Black HDD. I returned the HDD because I was told that it was causing the issue (I replaced it with another hard drive of the same model/make). I am having the same problem I had months ago, when my last hard drive failed. Do y'all think it's likely that my Western Digital HDD has failed me again? Sorry if I'm not descriptive enough, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
