i found some some graphics cards:-

ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti AMP! Edition 2GB 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

as of above there is difference un just 1 word boost and amp!

what do these mean? and which is a better performer?

The AMP! is an overclocked version of the GTX 650 Ti.
The GTX 650 Ti BOOST is a different card altogether.
The speed of the BOOST is not much more than the 650Ti, however it has over 66% more memory bandwidth.
Get the BOOST, you can overclock it yourself if you want to, and anyway the performance of the AMP! will be slower/equal to the BOOST at stock speeds.

Get the BOOST no doubt.

How much are you paying for the card, and what is your power supply?
If it's around 14000, then get this card instead:

Just get the cheapest one.

They're pretty much the same. the main difference is the cooling system. Some companies offer lower temperatures while some offer less noise. but your environment also affects them. Some offer factory overclocked cards which you can do by yourself for FREE. Furthermore, a small OC could give you a mere 5 FPS or something.

The 2 top brands are Gigabyte and Asus. EVGA for Nvidia, and XFX for AMD.

But I don't recommend the GTX 650 ti boost. Entry level - Mid range Nvidia cards don't offer as much performance for a certain budget. Untill it reaches the GTX 660, get Nvidia. But if your country sells the GTX 650 ti boost cheaper than the HD 7850, get the GTX 650 ti boost instead

also one thing I would like to mention is that i play games at 1280 x 1024 at medium or low settings without AA my pc basic specs are
processor:- desktop intel core i5 processor(i5-2310 lga1155) [please also tell me which generation it is]
RAM :_4 gb ram
HDD:-1tb hard disk
psu:- 600w
graphics card:-i had the intel intergrated graphics card which was terrible so i thought of adding a gtx 660 or gtx 650 ti boost or the hd 7850 to my pc rig would it enough to run some popular titles like watch dogs nfs rivals assassin's creed 4 etc at low or medium settings without AA?

You'll be able to max them out at that resolution.

How much are you paying for the cards?

Your i5 is of the second generation(Sandy Bridge). It's still a decent processor.
Add 4 more gigabytes of RAM too.

Get the 660. It's 310 more, but it's well worth the price. Earlier it was around 18500.
