Then is back to normal and i get replay without Request time out. And when this appears in comand propt my internet isn t working. I dont have a router, the cable is conected direct in to the pc.
Could it be a softwere probleme, or from windows? I had an upgrade on my pc, from an Asrock platform with q6600 im now at An asrock z77 +2600K, and after the upgrade i didnt reinstall the windows.

1) Try to uninstall old chipset drivers and install new drivers including Bios upgrade.

2) Try using another cable between ur modem and PC, there might be some internal breakage that loose contact sometimes.

Are you using an Adsl, or fiber optic modem?
I presume with either you are connecting to it via the Ethernet provided.

If it is not a router, but just a modem.

Then the cause could be software firewall related.
If you are using Windows fire wall or security center at the same time as another software fire wall at the same time disable at least one of them.
As two can cause a conflict and the loss you say you are having.

If you are having a problem, with Adsl, or a fiber optic connection, the fault or drop out in service may be due to the quality or state of the line or signal.
Through quality of the line, or signal power.
So you should contact your ISP and have them check the line.

When ever you install a new motherboard you must install a fresh version of windows.
You cannot use the same installed version of windows if the two motherboards differ in board chip sets.

You will have errors.
Because all of the old drivers from the old board and the settings in windows will lead to a conflict.
And often a freeze, blue screen or part function of hardware.

Shaun o - Im using normal cable Adsl i think. I contact the isp and they changed the switch and the port i was connected too. And they say to me that the others customers that are conectect in the same switch, dont have this problem. I will check my windows firewall and i will disable it. Maybe an update of windows that i did recent f****D this up

Right the board with the Q6600 what was it ?
Was the board replaced with a new one ?.

Yes ?

If so you have to do a clean install of windows with that board.
So windows can set up and configure with that board.

If you try to use windows that was setup with a different board.
With the new one. Its the cause of all your problems.

Because each board may use a different chip set.
And the old drivers in windows will conflict.

They are different lan boards, but this problem apeard 1 weak ago, and i did my upgrade to my pc 2-3 moths and i didnt have this problem at start. I think my last option is to reinstall the windows and if the problem persist i need to buy a new lan board.
But first i will try disable my firewalls
