window start up problem

i have a compaq presario c700 note book with window xp professional,when i switch my laptop it start but asks to run in safe mode ,last known configuration mode,etc but before the window screen display it rolls back in restart mode and repeat the same thing again and again.I checked the error code it says stop:0x0000007b(0xf78d7528,0xc0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000).
Please help me.

Go to the website, there are instructions on how to use everything and how to burn it. This is no way meant to sound rude, but if this is beyond your technical abilities I would just take it in somewhere.

Sounds like a HDD issue. Can you boot from a disk? Try having someone burn you this disk if you don't have a disk to boot to.

Boot into the "mini xp". You'll have to go in to your bios and tell it to boot from your rom drive before the hdd, or go to the boot selection screen at startup before it defaults to the hdd.
