Ok i am having some issues with my graphics card, it only displays in 24bit even if i change it from the control panel and AMD Catalyst Control Center. My games have heavy color banding and i really wanna get this fixed. I have totally formatted my computer and started from scratch, so i don't think that it is a driver problem, but hey i'm no expert.

BTW i can't change the color depth at all not even changing it to 16 makes a difference and it says it is set to 32 bit even though it isn't.
