I have tried resetting bios with CMOS Jumper. After following all the commands for resetting bios and successfully resetting it,I checked some of the settings and found that they were not changed to stock setings!
I even tried removing the Button Cell from mobo but again it ONLY restored date and time.

So why resetting bios with Jumper not helpful?
Any other way to reset bios?

How about opening the bios and then look for "restore to default settings", it can be written in a few different ways.

If it won't work you can download the bios version that is needed from the motherboards manufacturer website and install it through Windows or by flashing the bios (those options are available only in some motherboards).

Good luck!

No i am not after password!

My cpu fan is running at max.rpm even when temp. is 35°C.I have configured the BIOS to run the fan at max.speed only when temp.reaches to 48°C
Thats my problem and resetting the bios seems only solution

Things that stop a complete Clear CMOS.

#1 The machine is still plugged into the wall power.
#2 It is disconnected from the wall power but it is a laptop and the main battery has not been removed.
(Retaining CMOS settings even with the CR2032 M/B battery removed)
#3 Some motherboards have a backup BIOS chip, and you may need to go to the motherboard support of their website.
#4 Some motherboards require the M/B battery removed and the CRTC jumper moved to clear for a much longer time period than normal to completely clear, some of the older ASUS M/Bs were bad about that.

Hey guys! I downgraded the bios to 0156 and it is working.Though still resetting BIOS settings brings no change in settings but now my CPU fan is working according to specified temperatures.

Intel has to stop making crappy BIOS firmware.

Anyway thanks for help:)
